  • 3.3 Title Cloud Resolution Resolve or disclose all remaining title encumbrances, such as unrecorded easements, to ensure structural certainty for buyers.
  • 3.4 Attorney Action Required Submit the finalized Listing Agreement and required disclosures for formal Attorney approval and signature.
  • 3.5 Property Listed on MLS Go live on the MLS according to the synchronized launch date established in the Price Defense Strategy.
